Volunteers: Many of our volunteers serve in the shop once or twice a month, a few more  regularly, and we need more volunteers all the time, as folk come and go, return to the UK from time to time etc., and replacements are always needed.

Over recent months we have been delighted to have some Spanish volunteers join our ranks, as shop Volunteers. They are are in the shop on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. But this has not just been a one-way benefit.

In the letter below, all four of them - Loli, Teresa, Blanca and Constantino express the pleasure that they have found in working in the shop, meeting people from many different countries and cultures, helping them when necessary, and honing their own skills of communication - and patience!
