We are truly blessed by being permitted ~ encouraged ~ to hold our meetings in the Roman Catholic churches in Alcossebre and in Vinarós. Our sincere thanks to the priests in charge. Alcossebre church is a daughter church of the main church in Alcala, some 10 kms inland. Have a look at the page “Alcala”

WHERE ARE WE IN SPAIN?

We are located on the beautiful Costa Azahar - the Orange Blossom Coast - on the east coast of Spain, south of Barcelona and Tarragona, and north of Valencia and Castellón.

VINARÓS: About 40 kms north of Alcossebre, and 10 kms north of Benicarló.

 ALCOSSEBRE:  [our main church] can be found some 25 miles [40 kms] north-east of Castellón, and 80 miles [125 kms] south-west of Tarragona.

L'AMPOLLA: Our northern 'outpost' in Cataluña. Monthly services will be starting in January 2009. See the web page "El Perelló & L'Ampolla" for details.

ALCOSSEBRE:  Our weekly services are held in the Catholic Church in the centre of Alcossebre. As you enter the town, take the first left turn immediately after the traffic lights: the church is 500m. on the left hand side, opposite the Library and Centro de Salud [Medical Centre].

1st & 3rd Sundays in the month: 12 noon Holy Communion.

2nd & 4th Sundays in the month: 12 noon, Morning Worship, followed at 1 p.m. by a separate, short Holy Communion service.

VINARÓS: About 40 kms north of Alcossebre, and 10 kms north of Benicarló.

Our services are held every Sunday in our own worship centre - "The Portico". 

On Thursdays the Portico is open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for fellowship, chat with friends, and disposal of Paperbacks and bric-a-brac for church funds.

1st Sundays in the month: 10 a.m. Morning Worship.

2nd Sundays in the month: 10 a.m. Holy Communion.

3rd Sundays in the month: 10 a.m. Morning Worship.

4th Sundays in the month:  10 a.m. Holy Communion.

L'AMPOLLA: About 80 kms north of Alcossebre, and 50 kms north of Benicarló.

Our services are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, in the main church in the town.

4th Wednesday in the month: 12:30 p.m. Service of Worship, usually followed by a short Holy Communion service for those wishing to stay on.
